5 Things to look for on Twitter and Why

1. First, find and follow me on Twitter @salesbytheyard to keep up on local sales events.
2. keyword searches: enter your city to find sales, news, crime information and weather alerts.  Use words like:  garage sales, yard sales, estate sales, auctions, car sales, shoes, purses, shops, shopaholic, vintage, bargains, (your hobby or craft or enter the word crafts or hobby for a more general list) The keywords will give  you people and businesses to follow. Many send a message to you offering a discount.
3. Share a tweet about your find or to let friends know about a sale. We all love to hear about a great find or special sale.
4. Add the Twitter ap on your phone to see the messages anytime you want and to add your own. Best way is to search the "market" on your phone.
5. Find advise or list your own advise on shopping and finding sales.
